Any Questions?

Your account will be credited with with a certain number of valid emails each month, which you can use to 'unlock' a person's email address. After you have exhausted your credits additional unlocked emails will be charged per-email. You will never be billed for the same person's email twice.

You can see the per-email cost, and the details of each plan's prepaid limits on our Pricing page.

If you have cancelled your plan you will be moved over to our 'Starter' plan after your subscription ends.

The credits rollover from month-to-month and they will expire 12 months after they were credited to your account.

We use Stripe to handle our payments and accept credit and debit cards from any country. In most countries we accept all major credit card providers.

No VAT is charged on any of our plans

Yes! You will be able to keep using Lix until the end of your current subscription period.
